Y-Säätiö’s housing advisors Housing advisers serve the residents of Y-Säätiö in all questions related to housing.
Housing advisers help if, for example, you have difficulties paying your rent, the threat of eviction, questions about applying for subsidies and benefits, or other housing-related challenges. Email email@example.com
If you suspect improper activity within the Y-Säätiö group, you can report it anonymously in our notification channel. The notification channel does not process customer complaints, but they are reported to customer service.
Y-Säätiö’s reporting channel is maintained by an external service provider. On the channel, you can report abuse openly or anonymously, and follow the progress of your own report with the ID you get from the system. When processing reports, we comply with the regulation on the protection of informants, and the processing is confidential. When processing personal data, we comply with data protection legislation.
