We are the largest nationwide non-profit landlord in Finland. We have a positive impact on people’s daily lives, society and the environment. Our sustainability work drives us towards the best sustainability in the industry. We report the results of our sustainability work in accordance with the GRI standard.

In over 35 years of operation, the Y-Säätiö has laid the foundations for its leading role in tackling homelessness. Human rights are at the core of our activities and values, which emphasise everyone's right to a home and a life of dignity. Today, the Y-Säätiö owns more than 18,500 affordable rental homes in Finland.

Y-Säätiö is committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in our organisation and to actively engage our stakeholders in achieving these goals.
