The residential magazine for M2-Kodit has taken first place in the international design competition Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. M2-Kodit’s magazine called M2-lehti was awarded the best issue in the category of non-profit and charity publishers.

M2-Kodit has been producing its award-winning and acclaimed resident magazine together with Kubo Creative Agency since 2017. M2-lehti is much more than a traditional resident magazine – it highlights themes of community, quality of living, sustainability and highlights the voices of our residents.

“This award is a great demonstration of how we can strengthen the values and work of Y-Säätiö and M2-Kodit for our residents through communication,” says Minna Pääkkönen, Communications and Marketing Director at Y-Säätiö

We are proud of this prestigious win, as Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards is the world’s most prestigious digital media and print magazine competition. Thousands of media from around the world take part every year. This is the second time that M2-lehti has been awarded in the competition. In 2018, the magazine received an Honorable Mention in the competition.

M2-Kodit’s residents’ magazine tells life-affirming stories about the residents of affordable rental apartments. Published twice a year, M2-lehti has a distinctive and recognisable look. Leena Kisonen is the regular illustrator for the magazine’s colourful artwork.
